Description:
Ultratop is a component of the Ultraflex Liquid Waterproofing System and provides flat roofing applications with a highly protective topcoat and glossy finish.
Applying Ultratop topcoat over forms a flexible, continuous film with outstanding adhesion properties.
Ultratop extends the Ultraflex guarantee from 15 years to 20 years. The application of Ultratop to a project will make it resistant to weathering, extreme temperatures and UV thanks to an excellent resistance to abrasion and stress.
Unaffected by neither algae or mold growth, Ultratop will keep in top condition for many years and reduce maintenance requirements to a minimum.
Ultratop topcoat should be applied over Ultraflex after no more than 48 hours have passed. It is suitable as a nonslip surface with the addition of silica sand or mineral slate chippings.
Ultratop is trafficable within three hours of application and BBA certified for a lifespan in access of 25 years. A full list of technical data can be found in the PDF on the right-hand side of this page.
