Several technical updates have been applied to the upper with respect to the previous model, the main ones being its toe cap and rubber interior, thus providing greater protection against possible friction with the track. In addition, the materials have been updated, featuring a new KNIT type fabric, with a finer weft but just as resistant, which gives it a re-styling compared to its predecessor while we have also updated the SOCK FIT upper fabric to an elastic mesh with a very attractive design. We continue to maintain the THERMO FIT technology, with seamless heat sealing and the TPU rear stabilizer.
We continue to have the ORTHOLITE insole, which optimises comfort and cushioning. We have also improved the rubber compound to achieve improved abrasion on the sole. Remember that it is a hybrid sole (micro studs and spike) that provides the perfect balance between movement and grip. It still features the ROTOX system to ease quick turns, as well as the FLEX RIFT (help in flexion movements) and LATERAL MOVEMENT (split sole in the heel that improves and complements shock absorption) systems. In addition, the lateral fin that protrudes from the sole (XTRABASE), gives us an additional balance.
The base of the cushioning continues to be the phylon midsole, whose stability is guaranteed by the semi-rigid TPU pieces coupled between the midsole and the rubber sole features.
