The dual wireless charging pad is a universal wireless charging pad that is optimized for iPhone. It is made for iPhone Xs Max, iPhone Xs, iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, AirPods (with Wireless Charging Case) and other Qi-enabled devices.
Will the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) fast charge my smartphone?
The dual wireless charging pad has fast charging (up to 10W x 2) and will deliver the right amount of power to ensure the fastest charging speeds for two phones at the same time.
Will the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) also work with mophie cases with wireless power?
The dual wireless charging pad will wirelessly charge all mophie cases with wireless power at the standard Qi charging power of up to 5W.
How do I wirelessly charge devices with the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric)?
After connecting the supplied AC wall adapter to the dual wireless charging pad as shown in the quick-start guide, simply place 1 or 2 compatible wireless devices on the pad. Make sure the centers of the devices are aligned over the pad’s charging area center bars as shown in the quick-start guide. Charging will begin on contact.
What kind of devices can I charge from the USB-A port?
The USB-A port can supply up to 5W of power and is compatible with most USB devices with wired charging.
I already have a wall charging adapter. Can I use it with the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric)?
The supplied AC wall adapter was designed specifically for the dual wireless charging pad to ensure optimal performance. We do not recommend using a different AC wall adapter with the dual wireless charging pad.
Will the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) charge my phone while it’s inside of a case?
That depends on the design of the case. The dual wireless charging pad will charge a phone while it’s inside of any mophie case with wireless power. For third-party cases, if the case is simply a protective case and its back panel is no thicker than 3mm, wireless charging should work fine. However, if the back panel is thicker, or if the case contains a battery or other metal, it may prevent the phone from wirelessly charging.
How securely does the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) hold my phone?
The dual wireless charging pad has a non-slip rubberized ledge that ensures that phones stay in place to maintain a proper connection while they’re wirelessly charging.
Can I use my phone while it’s charging from the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric)?
You bet! The dual wireless charging pad will not interfere with any of your phone’s functions while charging.
Is it OK to leave the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) plugged in when I’m not using it?
Absolutely. The dual wireless charging pad uses very little current in the standby mode, so it draws minimal power when it’s not being used.
Will I damage the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) if I accidentally set my keys (or some other metal object) on it?
No, the dual wireless charging pad was designed with safety in mind. The integrated foreign object detection system knows when a metal foreign object is set on the pad and will not provide power. The charging area’s LED will flash, notifying you to remove the metal object. (Each charging area has its own LED.)
What do the LEDs on the dual wireless charging pad (Fabric) indicate?
LED illuminated continuously:The wireless device is properly charging.
LED flashing: A metallic foreign object (keys, etc.) has been detected on the pad.
